Spinning up with Hotpot should be be a breeze. To that end, we're excited to release onboarding tasks! When you sign in you might be graced with the onboarding tasks call-to-action:

The onboarding tasks help you get Hotpot going whether you're a brand new customer or just onboarding a teammate.

Setting your time zone is important, and understanding how to leverage Hotpot's scheduler is too!

We invested in these onboarding tasks so that new users had a chance to better understand how Hotpot works. Hotpot is a significant departure from existing tools and taking a second to, say, understand how to input your future vacations is important to helping people see Hotpot's power.

Other improvements

  • Moments from churned organizations are now rejected.
  • When not logged in to Hotpot, clicking the logo now sends you to the Hotpot marketing site.
  • Clicking some moment-grouping links in the stint card now properly filters the resulting moments
  • An extraneous "the" was found in some emails. These have been the removed. Oh no, now they are here.
  • The stint's owner now shows up when viewing the list of participants. Oops.
